Similar to my 2024 Taco Adventure, the goal of Paleta Summer is to try lots of different paletas and paleterias. It is a bit much to eat a paleta every day, so I’m committing to try new paletas and paleterias 2-3 days per week. Please recommend your favorite flavors, brands, and local paleterias to visit. I will create a list and map to help you all track the progress as Paleta Summer 2026 unfolds.
To make it more fun, I invite you all to join me. You can share your own paleta experience or tag-along with me as I explore. I love the idea of meeting up with friends, having a chat or taking a warm evening walk while enjoying a yummy paleta!
