What I ordered: Tacos
Review: I’d been holding off of going to Gloria’s. No real reason, but I finally went. I like the Bishop Arts location because it is in an old fire station. I sat at the bar because they were busy and got the tacos al carbon. They had decent corn tortillas (didn’t seem homemade) that held up to the filling. The steak was cooked well and had some good flavor plus some grilled onions on top. The brought you a cup of spicy sals and dish of guacamole for toppings. Overall everything was really solid.
