What I ordered: Tacos
Review: This is a relatively new taco truck located in a hill in a parking lot across from Franklin Roosevelt high school in Oak Cliff. On Instagram, they advertise their amazing downtown views and ideal setting for night hangs (and holiday fireworks). Next to the taco truck there is seating with umbrellas for shade. I tried a few meats, going with barbacoa, pastor, bistec on corn tortillas, plus one their special tacos. The special tacos comes with melted cheese, avocado and your choice of meat (barbacoa for me). You get both red and green salsa, which are solid with some spice. The meat was flavorful but everything (including the tortillas) was a bit oily. That’s typical for a lot of street-style tacos so nothing to complain about. Overall a nice place with good food and an incredible view.
