What I ordered: Barbacoa Tacos
Review: I tried food their food during a Barbacoa Y Chelas pop up at Four Corners Brewing Co, which is the address above. Currently they have a brick and mortar location in Grand Prairie (which is outside of my Dallas tacos purview). HOWEVER, starting on May 1st they will be permanently operating out of Four Corners and close their other location. Anyhow, they did have a limited menu since it was a pop up. I only barbacoa meat (they offered a fajita meat too). Obviously, I got the tacos and loved them. I got nachos later cuz I was still hungry. The meat was tasty and the salsas were good (they serve it on it already but you can ask for extra). Keep an eye out for them! Also, worth noting that have a barbacoa grilled cheese (didn’t try it).
